Milan Spring 2009: Emporio Armani

My much awaited Milan Fashion Week has arrived and first on my list is my favourite sweetheart Armani! Italian great designer, Giorgio Armani presented his Spring/Summer 2009 collection and described it as “a joy to wear.” The collection was absolutely beautiful and chic; relaxed trousers, long soft dresses and double breasted military jackets in combination with stunning oversized necklaces of pearls and corsages. The dresses were dreamy and flowing with a gentle, sophisticated appeal. Favourite piece? Everything. But I am especially in love with the butterfly dress seen on the last photo in a soft colour palette.
