A while ago, Supermodel Gisele Bundchen covered the French Photo magazine for its October Edition. And now, the Brazilian blond beauty is on the US Edition of the Photo magazine, for the November-December 2008 Issue.

Gisele To Marry?

Rumors are flying as pagesix.com reported that the Brazilian Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her sportsman love, American football player Tom Brady will hold a wedding reception at the New York’s Tavern on the Green. “They were recently there, and Brady had a long chat with Broadway Joe Namath,” a spy tells the website. But are these rumors true? Last month Gisele said to reporters, “I’m happy as I am. Why is the whole world worked up about my getting married? I’m having a great time and I want to enjoy it.” The smitten pair have been dating since 2006. Gisele recently revealed that she would love to be a step-mom to Tom’s unborn child with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, “If you love someone, you love everything that comes with him. I found it easy to understand.” Gisele admits that having a family will be her greatest achievement. “Everybody is different, but for me, having a family will be my greatest achievement. When you have a family that you can raise the way your parents raised you then I think you have succeeded. I have that dream.”

The French magazine “Photo” has chosen supermodel Gisele Bundchen for the cover of its October Edition, shot by Patrick Demarchelier. The magazine is well known for featuring naked top models on its covers and for this special edition, featuring this special Brazilian beauty face, the magazine comes in two covers with different Gisele versions. Gisele Bundchen: New Face For Dior Spring 2009

It has been confirmed that the new hot face of Christian Dior Spring 2009 campaign will be none other than Brazilian Supermodel Gisele Bundchen. The news leaked on her blog, where it said that Gisele “went to Paris, France, to shoot the ad campaign for Dior. Gisele is the new face for the new collection of the brand.” Although, the new collection is not available yet, it is certain that we all cannot wait!

Gisele Goes Green to Support the Atlantic Forest with Ipanema Sandals

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has launched an Ipanema 2009 Sandal Collection in support of the Atlantic forest. The Brazilian beauty with an even more beautiful heart has teamed up with Grendene, which is the mother company of Ipanema, to develop a special project with SOS Mata Atlântica. SOS Mata Atlântica is a program that supports the gallery forest which is the vegetation surrounding the rivers and streams and which also helps in the protection of water. Each Ipanema sandal sold will help to plant 25, 500 saplings from the 100 different species of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest.

Sadly, only 10 percent of the Atlantic Forest remains as more than two dozen Critically Endangered vertebrate species are barely surviving. The Atlantic Forest or Mata Atlântica stretches along Brazil’s Atlantic coast, from Rio Grande do Norte to Rio Grande do Sul. It has an extremely diverse and unique mix of vegetation, forest types and bird and animal species, including the red-billed curassow, the Brazilian merganser, and the southern muriqui (pictured left) which is one of the most threatened primates in the region. Gisele Auctions Her Diamonds

Brazilian supermodel beauty Gisele Bundchen will auction off some of her dimond jewellery on October the 15th at the leading auction house, Christie’s. Two of the items were reportedly given to her by ex-boyfriend, Leonardo DiCaprio: one is a colored diamond ring to go between $15,000 and $20,000 and the other is a diamond pendant necklace that could go for up to $150,000. The auctioned jewellery will also include two more giant diamonds that are expected to go for $2 million to $4 million together. A portion of the proceeds from the auction will go towards a nonprofit organization that empowers African diamond-mining countries. 

Gisele Bundchen: “Sometimes I Ask, “Why Me?”

The new face of Max Factor and one of the most famous and desirable faces in the fashion world, Gisele Bundchen still feels humble about her position as the most wanted and highest paid model in the world.

“I think I had the timing and the hard work,” Gisele says of her rise to fame. “People had been tired of the supermodels, the things you hear about the models not coming to work. I came along right from Brazil. I was having a good time, excited to have a job – it was refreshing. It’s what people thought they needed at the time.”

“Sometimes I ask, ‘Why me?’ I’m from a village of 10,000 people in the south of Brazil. I’m very grateful for my opportunities.”

Although, the Brazilian Supermodel has walked on more runways than we can mention, Gisele does not fall into the high fashion addiction. “I’ve never been one of those girls who was a fashion girl. I didn’t have to have the bag or belt of the season. I like fashion, I like clothes, I enjoy when I look nice, but my main concern is how comfortable I’m going to be all day.”
