I love the crystal band detail as it reminds me a princess ring and because of its sparkle in color, you can wear this with both gold or silver accessories.

Chanel Métiers D’Art Pre-Fall 2009 Collection

Ever since Karl Lagerfeld revealed that the new Métiers D’Art collection will be inspired by imperial Russia and Russian folklore, everyone could not wait to see it. And finally presented in Paris in the Théâtre le Ranelagh the runway blossomed in this amazing fairy tale. I do not have words to describe what a beautiful collection this truly is and I will let you judge for yourself adoring the pictures below. Every single piece was stunning and brought to life the Russian magic combined with the timeless Chanel style. The folkloric headdresses were done by Japanese wizard Kamo and the garments sparkled with gold high heels, extravagant jewellery and astrakhan muffs.

“There are three things I like about Russia,” said Lagerfeld. “I love Imperial Russia, from Catherine the Great to Fabergé. I love constructivism, of course. And I love Russian folklore, which is very special. What was fun was to mix it all.”

And he truly did as the runway was rich in everything from “a coat with a shawl collar and babushka shoulders to tweed suits with military airs and geometric trim,” and the shimmering gold stockings, leather boots and splashes of stunning knits, brocades, fur trims and embroideries completed the magical Parisian-Russian fairy tale.

Swarovski Christmas Jewels Collection 2008

As Christmas is approaching, what better sparkling companion of this special holiday than Swarovski. Whether you want to decorate with crystals or give someone special something just as special, Swarovski has it all. The Christmas Jewels Collection for 2008 features many jewels inspired by snowflakes and stars, in silver, gold and clear crystal shades.

This beautiful star hair clip has a shimmering design with Black Diamond, Silver Shade and and clear crystal pavé and it is priced at CAD $105. This would not only make a great gift for someone over the holidays but it is also a beautiful accessory that would give some sparkle against the winter cold weather outside. One of the most beautiful pieces in the collection are the set of gold plated necklace, earrings and bracelet with bezel set clear crystal chatons and antique square cut Moonlight and Silver Shade crystals. The necklace is priced at CAD $220, the earrings at CAD $65, and the bracelet at CAD $260.

If instead you wish to have something even more gentler or are looking for something extra loving to give, heart pendants and swan engraved rings are your choice. The Signature Ring is not only appealing because of its classy shape but it offers something dreamy and magical with the Swanflower(TM) motif gleaming in clear crystal pavé. It is priced at $ CAD120. The mini heart and butterfly pendant is an excellent choice for any occasion. The heart is in faceted clear crystal and butterfly in Light Rose crystal and it is priced at CAD $55. You may also like the Emotion Pendant which is Rhodium-plated with open heart in clear crystal pavé and smaller heart-cut crystal. It is priced at CAD $105.

Dior’s Night Diamond Powder

One of the hottest make-up accessories for Christmas, Dior’s Night Diamond Powder compact is already a big hit and will soon be completely sold out. It is directly inspired by Dior Couture Accessories Collection and features a sparkling metallic black lacquered case with glamorous crystal color gems and rhinestones. The powder is just as glamorous and as it features an illuminating sparkling effect. The Night Diamond comes in two shades, pearly beige and pale pink. The price is set at $90 and it will only be available until December 31st.

Louis Vuitton’s Diamond Flower Collection

Louis Vuitton have launched two patented diamond cuts based on their infamous monogram flowers; the round cut flower diamond and the pointed cut flower diamond. These stunning cuts took over three years to develop and have between 61 and 77 facets, which is absolutely amazing as a typical diamond has about 58 facets! The diamond beauties were mixed to create the collection Les Ardentes, which means “the blazing.” The sparkling collection features a bracelet, two brooches, a pair of earrings, a necklace and a ring. The collection is really beautiful and I especially love the bracelet which combines a diamond ribbon as well for the ultimate French romantic elegance.

Limited Edition Heidi Klum Collection at Victoria’s Secret

One of Victoria’s Secret favorite angles, supermodel Heidi Klum has released a limited edition beauty line exclusively at the lingerie brand. The Very Sexy beauty make-up collection features five products and it is available at their website. Heidi paired up with Victoria’s Secret make-up artist Linda Hay to create the beauty line. The Heidi Klum Collection Blush ($22) offers a combination of three sparkly colors to deliver a pearl luminous appeal on your cheeks. The Silky Eye Shadow Quad ($20) features four silky powder eye shadows for a long lasting and crease-proof look. The Glitter Liquid Liner ($10) is my favorite as it is the perfect way to add some emerald and gold sparkle to your eyes. The Perfect Lipstick ($10) helps to hydrate and condition your lips with Vitamin E, Coconut Oil, and Tiare Flower and the Lip Gloss ($10) provides the desired shine whether you wear it alone or on top on your lipstick. The products are beautifully presented with Heidi’s signature and a little heart in pink and come in very soft colors for a romantic and natural feel.

Victoria’s Secret “Holiday Edition” Lingerie

The holidays are coming and lingerie’s hottest brand, Victoria’s Secret released its sparkling Holiday Season glam collection. Naturally, most pieces are in passionate red and seductive black, but palette of purple, pink and soft ivory is also present. The Edition features the season’s hottest lace as well as sexy satin, ruffles, gold metallic embroidery and crystallized with Swarovski and softened with ribbons. The styles are various starting from the high waist garters and corsets to the balconet bras and mini v-strings.
